Terms and conditions and cancellation policy
Terms for buying packages and add-ons for digital event albums on bleibt.app. The German version is binding; this English version is provided for convenience. Version: agb-2026-10.

1. Provider and scope
The provider is 70six – Thomas Peter Webconsulting, owner: Thomas Peter, Odenwaldstraße 7, 63814 Mainaschaff, Germany. Telephone: +49 179 10 70 272, email: hallo@bleibt.app. VAT ID: DE225866452.
These terms apply to purchases of packages and add-ons made by event organisers (hosts) on bleibt.app, whether they are consumers or businesses, clubs or organisations. Terms of the customer that deviate from these apply only if we expressly agree to them.
The contract language is German. This English version is provided for understanding; the German version prevails.
2. Subject of the contract
We provide a digital event album. Guests upload photos, videos and voice messages through a link or QR code; the host manages and exports the content. An event album belongs to exactly one event.
Packages and add-ons are one-off purchases for a fixed period. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
3. Packages and prices
Moment, EUR 39: 5 GB of storage, upload period of 90 days, album period of 6 months.
Memory, EUR 69: 15 GB of storage, upload period of 6 months, album period of 12 months.
Bleibt, EUR 99: 30 GB of storage, upload period of 12 months, album period of 24 months.
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. The upload period starts at the upload start set for the event; the album period runs from the same point in time. Gallery and download stay available during the album period. Storage and period figures are the upper limits of the respective package.
A purchased package can later be upgraded to a larger package by paying the displayed difference. The price is shown in the dashboard before payment.
4. Add-ons
Add-ons can only be booked for a package that has already been paid, and only while the album has not yet expired. They are booked only on the customer's express order and never automatically.
Keep the album 12 months longer: EUR 19 (Bleibt package: EUR 29), plus EUR 6 for each storage block already booked. Collect 30 more days: EUR 9. Collect 90 more days: EUR 19. 5 GB more storage until the current album end: EUR 19 with up to 12 months remaining, EUR 29 with more than 12 and up to 24 months remaining; at most six extra blocks per event.
Extended upload time ends at the latest with the album period. The exact total price and the new end dates are shown before payment. Prices include statutory VAT.
5. Conclusion of contract, payment and activation
The customer chooses a package or add-on in the dashboard and makes an offer by submitting the order. The contract is concluded when the payment has been confirmed and we activate the service.
Payment is processed by the payment service Stripe. A package or add-on is activated only after payment has been confirmed; returning to our site from the payment process is not enough. Confirmation can arrive with a delay for some payment methods.
By ordering, the customer confirms that these terms have been accepted; the cancellation policy is part of these terms (section 8). We store the version of the accepted terms and the time of the order. If the customer selects “business, club, organisation”, the customer also confirms the data processing agreement (/avv), whose version and time are stored as well.
6. Term, album end, export and deletion
Access to the album ends when the album period expires. Before the album ends, the host can export the content in the dashboard; the availability of an export is shown in the album. We point out the approaching end where service notices are active.
After the album ends, the content is deleted unless statutory obligations require otherwise. The end of access does not mean that all stored data is deleted immediately and completely; details are in the privacy policy. Purchase and invoice data that must be retained by law are stored separately.
The host is responsible for exporting content they wish to keep in time, or for extending the album period.
7. Obligations of the organiser
The host ensures that they have the right to run the album and that content does not violate laws or third-party rights. The host informs guests clearly before or at the event that photos, videos and voice messages are collected, who has access and how long the album exists.
The host keeps the event link, QR code and any PIN confidential. Anyone who passes on a link enables further people to access it. Unlawful content must not be uploaded or shared; once we become aware of it, we may block or remove it.
The host grants us the rights required to store, convert (for example for previews and playback), display within the event settings and export the content for operating the album. Rights in the content remain with the respective rights holders.
8. Cancellation policy for consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal for fourteen days. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us (70six – Thomas Peter Webconsulting, Odenwaldstraße 7, 63814 Mainaschaff, Germany, email: hallo@bleibt.app) of the decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example by email or letter. It is sufficient to send the notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal: if the contract is validly withdrawn, we refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as for the original payment.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal: the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided we began performance only after the consumer gave express consent to it and at the same time acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. Activation takes place immediately after payment confirmation. In the order process, consumers expressly agree with a separate checkbox that bleibt starts performing the contract immediately, and acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. We store this consent with its time.
The right of withdrawal exists only for consumers, not for purchases made by a customer as a business, club or organisation.
9. Refunds
If the payment for a package is refunded, the package is withdrawn accordingly: an event whose uploads have not started yet is disabled. For an event where uploads have already started, uploads end with the refund and the album stays readable for at most 14 more days so that the host can export the content. The refund itself does not delete content.
If the payment for an upgrade or add-on is refunded, the package and deadlines do not change automatically; we decide on this case by case on request to hallo@bleibt.app. Statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.
10. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable operation but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and disruptions beyond our control can restrict access temporarily.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage; otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. Towards consumers this applies only to the extent permitted by law.
We recommend exporting important content in time and keeping your own backup copies.
11. Final provisions
German law applies. Towards consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence. For merchants and public-law legal entities, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat, where legally permitted.
We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay effective. Changes to these terms apply only to purchases made after the new version is published; each purchase is governed by the version stored when the order was placed.
