Step by step: create the event, pick a design, unlock it, share the QR code and download everything at the end. You need no app and your guests need no account.
Sign in with email and password or with Google and create a new event.
Enter the event name and date. The date determines when the upload period starts.
Optional: a welcome text and a cover photo for the guest page.
A new event starts as a draft. Designing and trying it out is free; you pay only when you unlock it.
Several people can manage the album together: invite more admins in the dashboard.
02 · Choose a design
Shape the guest page the way guests will see it.
In the settings you edit the real guest page directly in the preview. Guests see changes immediately.
Pick a design and colour palette that suit your occasion.
Switch blocks on or off: welcome, statistics, photos and videos, voice messages, “View album”. At least one type of contribution stays active.
For voice messages you decide whether only you or everyone with the album link can listen.
The guest album (“View album”) is switched off for a new event. You decide whether guests may see the collected contributions.
Under “Storage” you choose how photos and videos are stored, at the same price: “More space” (the default) keeps photos as high-quality JPEGs and videos in Full HD, plenty for a photo book or a film. “Highest quality” keeps photos and videos as they were taken, for example in 4K, and needs more storage. A change only applies to new uploads.
03 · Unlock
Choose a package and pay once.
Buying a package publishes the event. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Moment, €39: 5 GB storage, 90-day upload period, album for 6 months.
Memory, €69: 15 GB, 6-month upload period, album for 12 months.
Bleibt, €99: 30 GB, 12-month upload period, album for 24 months.
Private individuals choose “Private person” and expressly agree that bleibt starts performing the service immediately (see the terms for information on the right of withdrawal).
Clubs, businesses and organisations choose “Business, club, organisation” and confirm the data processing agreement. You enter your VAT ID during payment.
Payment is handled by Stripe. The event is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed; a confirmation email and the invoice follow.
The upload period starts on the event day at 00:00 (Berlin) but not before the purchase date. If you buy on the event day or later, it starts on the purchase date.
04 · Share
Distribute the link, QR code and table cards.
The guest link opens the guest page directly. Guests scan the code and can start right away.
In the dashboard under “QR code” you copy the link or download the code as PNG or SVG.
Print table cards, posters or table tents: A6 card, A5 poster, square or table tent, each laid out on A4 sheets.
Also send the link to the group chat or add it to the invitation. Anyone who knows the link can upload, so share it only with your guests.
Note for your guests: briefly tell them before or at the event that photos, videos and voice messages are being collected and who can see them.
05 · What guests do
Scan, choose, send. No app and no account.
The guest page runs in the phone browser. Before the first upload, guests briefly confirm their consent.
Guests pick photos and videos from their gallery or record them with the camera.
They can send several files at once. With poor reception, files stay in a queue and are sent later.
Guests record voice messages in the browser, listen before sending and can retake them. Optional voice prompts give them an idea.
The name is optional. Without a name, contributions appear without a sender.
If you have allowed the guest album, guests open it with “View album”. Otherwise they do not see other contributions and the hosts manage everything.
06 · Manage and download
Review contributions, tidy up and take everything with you.
In the dashboard you see all memories, the storage used and the deadlines of your event.
You can delete individual contributions. Uploads can be paused and reopened at any time.
Under “Export” bleibt packs an archive with all memories and an overview file. The download is available for a limited time; the duration is shown. You can pack a new archive as long as the album is running.
What is stored depends on the storage mode: with “More space” photos are re-encoded and videos converted, with “Highest quality” they keep the quality they were recorded in. Voice messages are always converted and location data is always removed. The export contains the files as they are stored.
Before the album period ends, download everything you want to keep. After the album ends, access is closed.
07 · Deadlines and reminders
When uploads end and how long the album stays.
The exact dates are in your dashboard. bleibt also sends service emails to your account email address.
Upload period: guests can upload only within this period. It starts on the event day.
Album period: how long the gallery and download are available. It runs from the same start as the upload period.
If you change the event date before the upload period has started, the periods move with it. After that they are fixed.
Emails from bleibt: a purchase confirmation and notices when the upload period is about to end, the album is about to expire, storage is almost or completely full, and when an export is ready.
The notices are a service. When in doubt, rely on the deadlines shown in the dashboard.
08 · Add-ons
More time or more storage when you need it.
Add-ons can only be booked for a paid package while the album is still running. They are never booked automatically.
Upgrade to a larger package: you pay only the difference.
Collect 30 more days: €9. Collect 90 more days: €19.
Keep the album 12 months longer: €19 (Bleibt package €29), plus €6 for each storage block already booked.
5 GB more storage: €19 with up to 12 months remaining, €29 with more than 12 and up to 24 months. At most six blocks per event.
The exact price and the new end dates are shown before payment.
